Andrew Sawyer

Andrew Sawyer received his undergraduate degree in Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.  He is also a CFA® charterholder.  Andrew joined Thames Financial Management in 2018 as a Portfolio Manager, providing investment advice tailored to meet the needs of individual clients. For seven years prior to joining Thames Financial Management, Andrew was a Managing Director at First Manhattan, a wealth management firm in New York, NY. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Equity Research Department.  Andrew lives with his wife Cara and three children in Preston, CT where his family also owns a boutique winery.

Steven Bokoff

Steven Bokoff received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Bryant University. He joined the accounting firm Goldblatt Bokoff LLC in 1976 and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.  He subsequently founded Thames Financial Management with Mike Goldblatt, Eric Kanter and Barbara Kanter in 2001. Steve specializes in corporate, individual and partnership taxation as well as financial planning and investment services. A lifelong Norwich resident, Steven has extensive ties to the community. He currently serves as a Director at Dime Bank, Corporator at the William W. Backus Hospital and at the Norwich Free Academy. In his spare hours, Steven enjoys basketball, golf and family time with his wife Cathy.

Lauren LaBelle

Lauren LaBelle received her undergraduate degree in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT and joined the firm in 2020.  Prior to joining Thames, Lauren was Vice President, Retail Sales & Service at Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank where she was charged with overseeing five branches. Lauren also previously worked for nine years at Putnam Bank as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer.  Lauren lives in Preston, CT with her husband Scott, two children and numerous animals.
